Objectives
The Kaizen User Groep is an initiatieve of Bedaux and its primairy goal is on onehand learning of each others experiences by sharing them and on the other hand, keeping informed about the developments and opportunities Kaizen has to offer.

KUG members
Members of the KUG are emplyees of organisations who are or are going to work with Kaizen.

In principal the organisations are the members and are able to send two employees as spokesmen. For reliable communication it is important to have one employee who will attain every meeting.

Program
To exchange experiences a meeting will be arranged every season, duration around 4 hours. These meetings will be held at one of the participating organisations. The number of members will be limited to 12, to have an optimal workgroup.

Organisation KUG
The exisitence is secured by the fact that Bedaux is running the program and will also take care of the contents and the logs. Being a participating organisation implements being a host for some KUG-meetings.

Contents KUG
Besides the exchange of experiences, Bedaux will present new developments and all members will be free to determine there own subjects. Deploying the subject will be discussed with all members.
